Booking details you enter in our booking engine: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and payment information.
Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone, and the contact details they include.
Browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type.
Technical security logs, such as IP addresses, kept by our hosting provider to protect the website.

Why we use it

To manage your reservation, your boat transfer and your stay.
To answer your questions and requests.
To understand how the website is used and improve it, with aggregated statistics.
To keep the website secure and to comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those described here.

Services we work with

Cloudbeds: booking engine and payment processing for reservations made on this website.
Google Analytics: anonymous visit statistics, using cookies.
Google Maps and Vimeo: the map and video embedded in our pages, which may set their own cookies when they load.
WhatsApp (Meta): when you choose to write to us through WhatsApp.
Hostinger: hosting of this website.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may store it outside Panama.

Cookies

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law. Messages are kept while needed to answer you and manage your stay. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

Under Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection, and the European GDPR where it applies, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, and to object to its use.
